Hmmm. This is for clout chasing. Stop this as you are not in the right position to judge the pastor .
What nonsense are you talking about? Stealing people's money deceiving them. Why on earth will u even place a price tag they most payhuhhuh Criminals and foolish men of God. Give whatever u can afford, God knows ur innermost self and worth. U are saying they shouldn't judge the pastor, what about the idiot judging the followers by marginalization, Rich from poor or average, in the house of God. This nonsense nai mke I reduce my mama monthly allowance. I will struggle here in city me ND my brothers and this foolish pastor turned my mum to bank , quickly made her women leader until my sister discovered what's always finishing her money. Imagine my mum would lie like a student just to get more money for foolish offerings and tithes while I starvee myself here . One pastor will be flexing there . Nobody told her when she fell apart with the pastor when she couldn't give him money like before again, that's when her eyes clear

There's nothing wrong there. People are only called out to give according their capacity.
So, poor people (the ones who didn't drop anything) do not deserve blessings?

Lady shares her mom’s humorous experience after sowing a seed of ₦300,000 in a church.
This is a known format. Many of these pastors know how guIIibIe their congregation is, so they don't mind playing such tricks. Pastors are business men.

Back then in campus I experienced such with a popular Pentecostal pastor, I won't mention his name. He was invited for annual programme in my school then. The school auditorium full to the brim.

Time for blessings, seed sewing has reach and he started calling from 500k down to 5k which he said is the last he will call. Omor, he brought it down to 1k I still did not come out. He brought it down to credit you can redeem it later I still did not come out. Then he told everyone to come out the whole church empty I was the only one remaining. I feel ashamed but but I was not convinced to leave my seat. All eyes on me. He used me as a topic and example I no send. I was seriously ashamed and my crush was there staring at me I never gave up

After the program, the president of the fellowship and others met me and ask why I did not come out when others came, I told them is personal.

Mind you till today even if I want to donate 1M to church or any gathering even If you call people to come out I don't come out. I just pipe low and do my donations without people noticing me. I don't like show off and praise from people.

I have no problem with freely & willingly giving according to how blessed you are.

The problem is when you are being manipulated. Telling people to come out to the altar is manipulative. Most people who come out like that, do so because they are under pressure to be seen by pastor & other members as a "dangerous giver".

&if you fail to come out, you will be regarded as a stingy man who does not want to support the "work of God".
Of course the preachings are always that those who don't support the work of God don't deserve any good thing from God. smiley
Help the orphans instead. They need this help more than these fake pastors. I need it more as a helpless struggling boy

Hmm...even Jesus judged those people "buying and selling" in the temple! Remember?

There's nothing Christian about manipulating people to give. If there's a need say so and let people give willingly whatever they are lead to give but putting a price tag for some "blessing" plus some blackmailing tactics is yahoo! Period!

Wait, you actually believe there is a "300K prayer" that produces "300K blessing" right?

How much did you pay for your salvation (which is the ultimate)?

This is not to say that one can't sow a seed that one has predetermined, but when the process is manipulative like in this case where blessings are categorised, then yahoo is activated!

The funny thing is it usually starts with this line: "em em I don't usually do this...." When you hear that line, Run o! grin

Study your bible abeg!

P.S: This reminds of a time when I was in a congregation and the pastor did this gymnastics until he called #10 and I was the only one seated in the congregation. He was looking at me and I was giving him this scare that he won't forget in a hurry!

Was she forced? No. She gave out of the abundance she has, no problem. It should be between her and God, not comparison.

2Co 9:7 KJV Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Giving doesn't buy God's blessings, but giving is a seed. It shall be given unto you in good measure.

Fun fact is that the girl that seems to be lamenting here may be one of the people God uses and may still use to replenish the woman in multiple folds. i remember the testimony of the atheist that God sent to bless a poor family. cheesy
Yes she was forced. I don't know when Christians will start seeing these money Preachers for what they really are.

Any money you give out of pastor cajoling you has no reward. As every man purpose in his heart let him give, not our of compulsion or persuasion from anybody.

There are people that will always over do things. Such people are often unkind, even to themselves. Upon how zealous they follows religion, their faith is nothing near the size of a grain of rice.

At least she even had such money to give.

Some have never seen that money combined in their lifetime. NDIC stated that only 5% of Nigerians have 500K and above in the bank.
Intelpoint and Nigerian Financial Services Market Report say only 10% of Nigerians earn more than N100,000.

Only 2.4% earn above ₦200,000 per month!

Rather than the stupid lady making that comment to be thankful to God she has a sister who can afford to give 200k out of her abundance, she is making a mockery of it.

Some do not know how blessed they are until they lose it.

There is little or no reward for what you give to Godnin the open.

Seed should be given secretly to get the full benefit 💯💯💯

i believe you must have been in this service to assert what exactly transpired with such surety as the OP doesn't say. Now, cajole cannot be force, but almost opposite. This is simple English vocabulary. Na you dey hand out reward na.
