When it comes to the matter of health,it is only ,known by you and your God,not even your wife!What if Obi himself is nursing a terminal illness? In this world ordinary headache can kill someone before it touches a cancer patient.So the issue of health is a sensitive matter and only in the hands of God.

Nobody is denying that fact however, if you have a terminal disease that is affecting your performance,obviously they people you are leading will suffer because of your ineptitude,you are expected to resign and go and take very good care of yourself,God's willing, you will get well and still live your life to the fullest.
