It now appears that the man they claim owned the land Theophilus harquart died in 1984 intestate and without children. A woman Beatrice came up claiming to be his daughter and engaged some lawyers to claim the property. It is rather suspicious that your father died and you did not obtain probate for 24 years? Initially her case was thrown out because she claimed to be the daughter and it was discovered that she wasn’t his daughter but possibly the daughter of someone with the same name possibly his brother.


Where federal govt comes in with claims to the land I don’t know but Mrs olorunlogbon claims the land was sold to her by he federal govt in 2003.

There is something very suspicious about this whole land on both sides. Was the land truly owned by Theophilus harquart or was it his official residence. Was it a case of some conspirators cheating the legal system to claim the land of a man they know had no survivors?
