hartson:Nigerian people are not blessed with critical thinking. You have hated all the presidents before BAT, and you will hate whoever comes after him. The problem is Nigeria is a very poor country which produces NOTHING but the citizens want to live extraordinary wealthy lifestyle. Una go hear am plenty. We have a serious systemic problem and no policy is working correctly. |

Ofemannnu:Those countries borrow to invest... Nigeria borrow to consume. Those countries borrow when necessary... Nigeria borrow when the lender is ready to give. Those countries borrow because they don't generate enough funds... Nigeria borrow because the enough we generate has been looted dry. Those countries borrow with a plan to pay back... Nigeria borrow without any plan to pay back. They will borrow and loot... Yet Nigerians that you think are watching will still vote them back into power in 2027. |

Omooba77:As expected. There we have the world most incompetent but criminally minded individual in charge. So we expected it before it happened. A man who has no carrier apart from being in politics. He is not productive as a private citizen and can't be productive as a president. |

fixedhollies:Nigeria is not that difficult to understand. Let’s sum it up with brevity: Brainless slots. That’s what Nigeria has become. Spend any time listening to the citizenry, and you’ll see how deep the decay has eaten. People have lost the intelligence—and sometimes even the will—to ask the right questions. Walk into a public school and eavesdrop on the conversation. Walk into a university and do the same. You’ll notice that with each passing day, common sense erodes at frightening speed. When a society fails to hold those in power accountable—when it perfects the art of suffer and adjust—the noose only grows tighter. Rotimi Amaechi once said it plainly: the reason all this is happening is because we all know Nigerians will do nothing. The day we start pelting them with stones and knives is the day things will finally change. But of course, Nigerians… toads in water that keeps heating up… Oh well. |
