Thanks boss, i had time on my hands then so i took my time on the build. Hopefully, one day i'll do a bigger build, lifepo4 has made us lazy

True, lifepo4 is much easier and faster to build

Am building my self the biggest battery I ever build, am planning of adding 6pcs battery to each parallel, I will surely do that before I finish the setup.

I build this cells very well with welding tools but now I don’t advice people building such large battery with 18650 cells anymore, lifepo4 can accommodate very few cells and are becoming cheaper. No body is above mistakes so to avoid catastrophic situations in assembling so many cells that are dangerous. Just an advise though

Any controller type can work well with li-ion, it is your configuration and setup that matters, about 4 customers of mine has been using li-ion battery packs I built for them for close to 4yrs now, pwm charge controllers were used in all the installations.

Use welding tools on big projects and use top gaskets on the cell terminals... E get why. Lithium no dey forgive errors.

yeah! Safety first, lithium does not forgive errors at all that's why it's super good to follow all safety measures. When it comes to energy density, lithium ion is still the best battery ever built but when it comes to safety, it can also be the worst if necessary safety precautions are not taken.

yeah, I don't lack good quality 18650 lithium ion cells. I have them in hundreds of thousands and may not finish anytime soon cos I restock almost everytime I have opportunity to do so. Sorry for my whatsapp wahala, no matter how much i respond to my whatsapp messages it can't be exhausted sir. Pardon me for that, I myself know I have that prompt response issues.

the 24v will charge faster,while the 12v will power the load longer than the 24v.

How about going for 24V 5kwh or 24V 2.5kwh.

I have pumped water with a 1.5hp pumping machine before using a 3.5kva inverter connected to a 2.5kwh lifepo4 battery. It ran it perfectly

Is a 2.5kwh lifepo4 with 100ah battery ideal. I thought it should be at least 200ah.
