Who decorated this apartment? What’s the standing fan doing inside the toilet? Has the toilet got no window? Look at the outside of the window sill…so untidy with cement plaster all over the edges. Broken and chipped tiles, WC on an artificial grass or carpet. Who does that?

Where’s the bed? Or mattress has been dumped in the floor and with that sort of rent with other outrageous payments?

There is a bed base under the mattress with a back rest on the wall. And a new tenant can always get a new bedframe.

Green grass is a cushion between the ceramic WC and floor tiles to avoid scratches.

How is that broken tiles. Your eyes should tell you it's a tortoise back floor tiles that has a grip to avoid slippering. Too many tiles accidents in homes.

So in your mind the window edges won't be painted. Are you new in lagos or does this look like a new house to you.

80% of houses rented in lagos are renovated houses. Two years ago cement was 4500 now with this wicked Tinubu economy cement is now over 10k. Water tank of 40k is now 110k thats to mention a few building materials. So new houses are very scarce.
