China has most of their apps centralized this is why they could build their own deepseek. Its a matter of who controls data and the USA wouldn’t trust bytedance with it. So only Tiktoks operation in the usa is being sold so preserve it’s presence and market . Na we Africans wey never develop reach to understand the importance of data.
