ya I remember, since it's animation concentrate on getting a GPU that can handle rendering, a laptop with an RTX dedicated graphics card would suffice, get dell product or if money dey buy razer laptop.

Generally yes MSI raider is good, but they have different options, so make sure it's one with rtx graphics.

If you are rendering anything you'll need a laptop with a Nvidia gpu that performs close to it's desktop counterpart. Not all laptop gpus are the same a Omen 4070 will perform worse than a desktop Nvidia 3080 gpu. And you'll need to consider the tdp.

Happy Sunday to you bro, I'd go for the second for two reasons, rtx 4070 is way better than 3070, but they have same dedicated memory(8gb), so since the second one is a desktop you can easily remove the rtx 3070 and replace it with a better GPU, remember desktop are upgradable, infact all the components can be replaced which isn't same for the first one which is a laptop, secondly the ram is 64gb over the 16 gb the laptop has, rendering uses your GPU and ram so if you can replace the GPU on the second you'll have a powerful setup, the only advantage the first have over the second is the cpu, the laptop has a better cpu and a better GPU, but the fact that every single part on the desktop can be upgraded has rendered that advantage invalid, so go for the second option if you have money to upgrade the parts I mentioned, but if you can't spare extra money for the upgrade go for the laptop, it's a powerful specimen as well, spec wise the laptop would win the desktop, but you're stuck with the features it came with for life and the only way you can upgrade it is buying a new one when it becomes obsolete, but with desktop you can keep upgrading it forever.

Good evening sir. We finally went for a desktop gaming PC. The problem now is ups. We are told some ups can damage the computer. The ones they recommended for us are very expensive above 1 million naira and not even in Nigeria. I wanted to get him a bluegate ups I was told since it doesn't come with pure sine wave it is not good for the computer. Just tired.

Congrats bro, they're portable power stations that have ups inside Na, and you can even modify the power pack of the desktop to protect it from damage without using ups.

Why not try rtx 50 series like 5070?
The cost may be a bit high but 50 series are much more effective and versatile than 40 series.

More power efficent too.
Check the pricing if it's not much different the 5070 will be your best bet. The DDR7 and DLSS 4 architecture is the graphic designers wet dream but the price is a big punch at the face.

Gaming desktop pc will always destroy gaming laptop but it does consume a lot of power.
