Most likely scabies and not ringworm...ring worms are easy to treat

Take some Fulsin tabs and rub some dermatology creams (skineal for example) will cure it.

Do an HIV test , diabetes and other possible causes of immune deficiency
You will need an oral antifungal , topical antifungal and steroid cream - for a long period of time ( don’t stop after a brief period)
Change clothes and maintain hygiene

Visit a doctor or meet an experienced pharmacist for the best prescription. Ringworm can be stubborn like Fungi. It is even a Fungi infection

This is ringworm. The best medicine for it is Fulcin. Go to any pharmacy and ask for a branded Fulcin tablets. Buy for a dosage of morning and night for a period of 2 weeks. Take note, do not use it together with any other drugs while using it. Use it alone and thank me later.

Use kerosine on it (but ensure it is pure kerosine) or you use the Senna alata leaves, squeeze it and rub the water on it. Maximum of one week, it will dry off.

It's called warts, Google it and consult your doctor or dermatologist.

My brother, get Miracle plant leaves, squeeze the juice out and apply on the affected area three times daily for 1 week and thank me later with good wine

Go to the pharmacy and buy skinnel, this ringworm is very stubborn, had that on my daughter we used everything, it didn't go until we used skinnel, rob over it morning and night for 2 weeks or more before it finally disappeared.

Even after it disappears and u no longer see it, please continue the application for about another one week before you stop finally.

At first I thought it was a tattoo,
There's nothing u can do to it,just avoid scratching and peeling it .....
Use skineal on it and it will go in no time

Hmm! Everyone is giving advice when they don't know what's wrong. OP like someone advised visit a hospital or a pharmacy around for treatment it's nothing serious though but you need an expert opinion.

Don't use Fulcin like someone said or any triple action cream like Skineal.

Toothpaste on potash album work on it the same way

Potash alum is what they use in cooking beans to soften it
