That one is a white crystalline stuff. It is not potash alum which is a sandy stone substance that is someone Ash in color

This looks like fungi infection. Use ketonidazole. The pharmacist will tell you how it will be taken. It's around 1k for one pack. That should do it. To be on the safest side, it's advisable to take another dose after one week of completing the first dose. That will take care of the new hatchings from the eggs layed

the soap doesn't look handsome but it's very efficient to the core

The bluish/purplish color might be due to an ointment or cream that was applied, possibly one with gentian violet or something similar.
