Please, I like to know the least price of self contain per annum in Lagos State, Oniru, Victoria Island to be precise..
Kindly assist.

Not trying to sound negative but you can’t get a roomself con @ 1m in any vicinity of that oniru and if you’re to barely get one you may not even want to pay 500k for it cos it won’t be a roomself

Almost all houses there are modern prototype structures and you’ll hardly see roomself within there except bq which is mostly used for owners domestic staffs

You'll hardly get a self con in VI, but if you do, budget like 1.5 to 2m annually. Best is to plan for a mini flat or a 2 bedroom flat with one or 2 friends. Either way be ready to shell out 3 to 5 million naira for the first year

It is a hot cake because a lot of the people working in V/I leave in mainland. Too much stress and unimaginable transport fare. If it is available, one can stay there Monday to Friday.

Housing wahala in Lagos. Small apartments are difficult to get.
I saw shege last time as I paid all manner of expenses ontop one self contain every month

na so my yeye girlfriend show me level go rent self con for Abuja 3m. After one month, she get mind call me dey ask for 100k. I just screenshot my lean money for opay send for her. Case close.

Typical Nigerian for you a simple question has turn to an literature show.

Houses in VI are mostly rented out to companies using it as guest house, expatriates, or privately owned by old money who are not interested in tenants.

One of the few only affordable housing in VI is the Oniru compound close to the palace and even that will cost you at least 3 million even for a self con. Mind you demand is extremely high that you will hardly know when there's vacancies.

Also the transit village behind 1004 has some affordable self con bqs (btw 3-5 mil), extremely hard to find apartments there also. Most houses in VI are quoted 7mil upwards for 2 beds (mostly Oniru) and service charge can also squeeze 1.5mil out of your pocket annually easily.
Choose your poison wisely.

KPGM, Seplat Energy (formally Exxon Mobil), Chinese supermarket, Schools and others commercial buildings are only the structure there.

I remember when I jst get job for Abuja I come go price house for utako/Jabi.... I dey see self con 800k, that was 2021 oh.... Na then I knw say duste no even far from Central area
