I have few friends, I hardly go out (apart from work) and you can hardly find me in anywhere there's a loud music playing. I feel comfortable staying at home all week. I personally enjoy being lonely, but you might be hurting yourself internally and you don't know.. reason you see some people growing grey hair from over thinking . Unfortunately you need a woman as a guy cos you can't be talking to a man .. it's finding that woman that's a challenge bcuz you really don't want one that stress you , you need your peace of mind. 1 Like |

Marc3500:Bros, I know some friends who are married and are still lonely o. It was through their experiences that I learnt that marriage doesn't really guarantee companionship unless one finds the right partner. My point is that I'm an indoor person. Being married or not, I like being alone in my own space and in my fantasy world. Right from childhood, I hardly go out. I'll be home all day reading books and watching T.V. It's partly why I don't attend parties, I hate noise or crowd. And guess what? It's not like I'm a shy person o. I dey talk pass radio self. PS- disturbing nairaland feminists is a hobby for me. What exactly is this loneliness that is actually affecting people this badly? I can stay on my own all alone with little human contact for more than one month And I actually prefer it like that But then again, some people cannot just do without human contact, I guess... |

I love being quiet with my life. Isolating myself is my thing(i dont interact with humans at all), except when ofcourse in my work place talking just business only. When depression(the type that comes from loneliness) starts setting in, i have many activities to surround myself with to minimise the internal craziness/soul draining! Staying all by yourself isn't for the faint hearted. But i nor get choice because dis was how i grew up from childhood! |
