When he died, the state government released official statement that he died of prostate cancer. What is there to probe again, or is this just another form of distraction?

Okay, because of your post I went to check again and did not see where autopsy was mentioned, the word used was probe the circumstances surrounding his death.

Now, do not forget that at some point, Akety was brought into Nigeria even when he was not fit to be discharged and lodged in Ibadan. If the state government decides to follow only that line alone, they could implicate those who masterminded his being brought to Nigeria. They could ask if they did it at the advice of the doctor or acted unilaterally.



So depending on what axe they have to grind, they can make a case either way. When politicians are in power, they can do and undo.

As I earlier said, madam betty has been put in a trap situation.

Oga d man was flown abroad by concerned family members, the woman dumped him with aides in Ibadan n never bothered to check on him.

Imagine aketi was sick in Ibadan,d wife never showed up n she was planning a lavish 70th birthday but was stopped by d deputy governor.


She was acting in capacity of d governor n her son were giving out inflated contract when they never checked d man for a minute in Ibadan.

It was professor gbolagade who went to check him in Ibadan that got angry n flew him abroad, this woman didn't even allow them access Aketi account n she didn't release money.


Oga if u know d circumstances surrounding the man's death u will hate this woman.
