you are right in many ways but the former Anambra governor is weaponising the fact there is closure in Abuja public schools not the whole Nigeria public schools or tertiary institutions to typically and unashamedly score cheap political shots, and it's becoming a worrying trend , doing the opposition or not . Even the Saint Lucia, if they are indeed poor will or would have given scholarship to foreign students if they have a Uni as I just got informed from Reno now that they don't have one. It's called a student foreign exchange programme . Or were we ever among the ten richest countries since we have being given out scholarships, aids , donations as well as several peace keeping missions ( largely funded by Nigeria) all these years ? Or is Anambra richer than Haiti when he

Is there an earthquake in St. Lucia for you to compare aid to Haiti and this very shameful profligate government? You are offering scholarship to a country that has higher literacy rate than you own country. Is that not ignorance?
