Hi guys, I have recently been battling with a skin reaction that occured because of neglect, I was going through severe depression and didn't really take care of myself and I found out that my smooth skin has turned into something else. I have tried nixoderm and exfoliating soap and sponge but so far nothing has worked. I have attached an image to give further information on what it looks like. Kindly let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you |

First of all, change your bedsheets/pillow cases. Change every 4 days. Also, check your bathing water. Change your sponge if possible. Use a dedicated towel to mop your face. Be careful about the soap/cream you use. Maintain proper hygiene and don't touch your face with dirty hands. If possible, see a certified dermatologist. Not those babes on Twitter ooo. A licensed doctor. Lastly, shun depression. Chase it far away from you as possible. Joy comes in the morning! Godspeed, bro. |
