Those robots performed beautifully given today's standard, planet wide. If it were that easy perhaps other countries would have held a similar competition to outperform and demonstrate their recoverable units within the time duration they were offline or failed after tripping or being fouled.

You think they don't know that their movement is far from fluid as humans' are? That right there is an immersive platform to cultivate interest in a budding sport.

It's is no brainer that robotic motion will get more fluid because they'd have places like these to test it.

They just have to keep training and testing the robot with more data till they get an accurate score depending on the algorithm they are using. The future is here, robotics and Artificial intelligence is a skill I'll recommend for any young person especially in Nigeria. A.I engineers will make hell of money by selling A.I algorithms to football clubs just like how humans are bought by professional football clubs.

China is currently the most advanced country in terms of technology. They're miles ahead of every other country in that regard. There's one thing about short pple that most pple don't know. From my observation, they're more creative than tall pple (strictly my opinion). Just take a look at those countries that have greater number of short pple and you'll see how creative they are. Even as a secondary school student, short pple were the most creative in my classes. Even in football look at how imaginative they are as midfielders. The kinda passes they give is most times out of this world. The only tall midfielder I enjoyed watching in football was Zidane, but u see those short guys? They can do anything with football with their low-centre of gravity.

I'm always a supporter of the USA because it's the country of my dream, but don't compare them with China in terms of technology. Even the US citizens know they're miles behind China in technology. I saw their comments during the tariff war between the two countries and every one of them were against Trump because of that fact. They said they can't currently compete with China in manufacturing and technology but pple like u will come here and make a vague statement that doesn't carry weight. Go check the first automobiles and compare them with what we currently have. This is just a start and this technology will be upgraded till it becomes perfect.

Honestly, China is just a toy production company chunning out different toys all in the name of wanting to be ahead, how do you want to be ahead when you're still waiting for updates from your masters (the west), could have waited and see how it's done and not trying outsmart the main inventors, zero idea in tech as far as I'm concerned, copying is their craft so they should keep to that and stop all useless stuff they're doing, same way Huawei launched a car called "maestro" claiming to have beaten "Mercedes Maybach" to the luxury car segment with just one product yet to their credit, the car can't even match up to some low level Mercedes benz series not to talk of Maybach.
The same way they were churning out toy ballistic missiles since 2016,showing their arsenals to the world during their 70 years anniversary, as how far they've gone in military arsenals but turns out to be toys, testing and failed since 2016 till 2023 as of that record, even here in Africa, we can see their footprints all over, substandard products
