Mabuggi88:It was a very poor analysis from a so called SAN. Anyway, how can we blame him, when he has never contested an election, at least for a local government is his native Delta state. He was viciously defeated by Obi in his polling booth, ward and local government in the last election. The same defeat happened to Reno Omokri. That was how PDP dismissed the APC coalition in 2014 and the result was the defeat of PDP. The same PDP members coalesced with ACN, APP, APGA, etc to form APC. Who says that those who are forming the coalition do not know that they must get ADC membership cards? By the way, as a SAN, why has he not commented on the illegal decamping of several legislators from other parties to APC. The set up of the coalition looks quite formidable, with those who are angry at their own parties currently teaming up to vote Tinubu out. Nigerians are tired of the 10 years of hardship. Who does not know that Peter Obi will be the candidate? Everyone knows that Obi has the key and by far the man with the largest followers. You can no longer overlook the Obidients! Even Omo Agege in the governorship election used the words “Obidiently Omo Agege” to appeal to Obidients when defeat stared him in the face. Mbah did the same in Enugu state. The coalition can easily afford to watch Kwakwanso team up with APC. For ADC, Kachikwu must wake up and not play the spoiler. This is the opportunity that his party needs to rise and be recognized. Without doubt, with his promise of one term and then hand over to the north, Obi will be the candidate. They all know that failure to do that, will lead to a split in their block votes. |

Slytiger:Are they working for Tinubu? Well, anyone who has common sense knows that party rustling is not the solution to defeating Tinubu in 2027. There is no way the real ADC leaders will not revolt against this abduction and imposition. I wonder why these people who have held top political offices fail to realize that there are rules to follow in doing this thing. The s*X toy Senator was comparing APC defeating PDP in 2015 to this. No, they are different. In 2015, APC was not an existing party so there was no abduction and imposition. Their chairman was called protem chairman. The word protem means for the time being and that person was Chief Bisi Akande. And that is permissible in the law covering the formation of political parties. An existing party can not do the same. Which organ of the existing party appointed Mark as the national chairman? How will a man be appointed national chairman of an existing party when he's yet to resign from his old party? How can a group of new entrants to an existing party appoint a national chairman and secretary and you think that there will not be a legal backlash that could end up making whatever they build a nullity? I personally do not think that these men do not know the implication of what they are embarking on and if they know that they still go ahead instead of forming a brand new party or join an existing party without imposing their handpicked NEC, then are they operating under a powerful spell or are they actually clearing the way for Tinubu's re-election? |

helinues:go and tell your clueless proud god Tinubu that the only hope he has now is to quickly crash fuel and food prices. He should also work on forex. He should take it back to what he met it at. It is sad that a southerner is the president worse than Buhari. It is the wonder of this age Let him find way and crash prices so he can have some masses by his side Hoping on rigging and INEC won’t work |

I hope the youth can assess politics as Keyamo had done here, we would have been able to match these crooks fire for fire. He was fair with the assessment of the composition, strength and the weakness the opposition except where he mentioned Obi being Atiku's VP. Who becomes VP to who shouldn't be Keyamo's business. From his response, APC is already scared of alliance between men who won in three geopolitical zones in last general election. |

Nastrademus:So you want Tinubu to continue to bury Nigeria the way it was being done by borrowing to pay subsidy on fuel and borrowing billion of dollars to maintain FX. Not being able to pay workers, pensioners etc at and when due? Only the insane will want us to go back from this temporary pain to a permanent pain one that might even cause another civil war because things are going to go very, very bad. No institution will borrow Nigeria any money again. FG won't be able to pay workers, pensioners, contractors etc again. States will totally become comatose just like the FG. There are too many horrible scenes for Nigeria and Nigerians ifc we continue the way Nigeria had been run for decades depending on oil. Today,a lot of governors are executing projects left, right and centre because they have more from FAAC. Govs are paying their debts, some more than 80% of their debts. They are paying workers #70,000 or more without bail out except one or two that are greedy in which case NLC will give them wotowoto. No sane mind will leave a temporary pain to a permanent pain. |
