New government will use two years to identify problems, read handover note to understand the real situation, travel far and wide, nominate ministers , build relation across the globe, souce for fund and then gradually picking ,in the next two years, the government has already absorbed itself in the system, working and implementing projects. 4 years is not enough to build correct the crazy rot in the system,
If we keep changing governmet for just changing sake without scrutinising the candidate, belive me, we are moving backward with no progress.
