The Anambra PDP Guber Primary candidate, Ezenwafor. His form was signed by Damagum and Kosheodo, not Anyanwu.

Again, there is a Supreme Court Judgement that says no law mandates INEC to receive signatures from National Chairman and National Secretary.

That judgement of the Supreme Court also states that; if peradventure one of them signs in error, there is also no penalty for that.

That Judgement is what gave Akeredolu his second term, so INEC cannot say that and did not say that.

Wrong, Anyanwu submitted the Anambra Candidates own too. If you were so confident with this position, why did PDP deferred to INEC by recognising Anyanwu as the Secretary. At least they stated it. It seems you are more knowledgeable than their legal adviser.

The matter is already before the Supreme Court and INEC is a Party to the suit already.


Bisi Akande was not elected when he became APC National Chairman in 2013. He, alongside Tijani Tumsa (National Secretary) were appointed by the legacy parties, that's why the word "Interim".

APC was not an existing party when they were made interim leaders. It was a party seeking registration. This is not the same as existing ADC.

INEC didn't tell PDP not to hold NEC. They only reminded them that they will only receive correspondence from the Chairman and Sam Anyanwu. If the PDP had tried to submit any candidate's name in the coming election without Sam, INEC will definitely reject it.
