Good day my people. My 4 years old child put my appliances remote control in water and they have stopped working. AC, TV, Home theatre and Dstv.

I need a small phone with infrared red to use as a remote controller. I don't even care if the phone doesn't have camera. So far it has infrared red. I budget 50,000 naira. Please suggest for me.

What i need in this phone is just the infra red. That's all.

Will the phone control all the appliances? You can actually get remote for all these appliances for less than 50k

you can buy Samsung s6 .. its surely less than100k

All redmi notes series older or newer model all have ir-blaster(remote control sensor) but I don't tink u can get any for 100k except refurbished/used ones

If actual remote is scarce, try to go for universal remote they come cheap. The phone can disappoint

How do you know that the phone will be compatible with your TV? There is no such THING AS A infrared Phone, buy a universal remote

Go to the traffic jam and replace all the remote controls for less than 15k. People hawk remote controls everywhere.
