I have a change of ownership, I did it few minutes after paying for the car, what they're currently demanding for and using to extort me, is the previous change of ownership between the very first owner that used the car before selling to the the second owner "the change of ownership between the first and second owner" they claimed that my car has no past history that every history started directly from me.

The papers are in my names, I did a new plate number, how come the papers are not in my name? I don't understand, every detail of the vehicle including the CMR, are all in my name.

The only documents you should have in your car is CMR, vehicle licence, insurance, proof of ownership, road worthiness, testing form, and a copy of your driver's license...

He told me that, the paper that I wrote and signed on the car stand before leaving with the car, on the day I bought the car "aggremenr paper" was what led them asking for the "authority to sell" paper. He told me that nevertheless, they have no business asking me for the agreement paper between the old, and immediate seller that sold to me and the other previous owner.

He then advised me to go and re_do another agreement paper, the ones they normally type with old type writer, and take it to who sold the car to me to sign, so that when next they see me they won't ask me for authority to sell, as my agreement papers won't indicate that I bought the car from a car stand "used" but it would seem like I bought the car directly from a regular user.

I did as he told me but I'm still worried, as they would still stop me to take more money from me in the future because I don't have the agreement paper between the immediate previous owner and the former owner that sold to him. They're always fond of asking for such, all my previous cars I have the aggrement papers of previous owners to current owners that sold to me, please I need advice on how to go about this agreement papers, I have gone to the car stand severely and they gave me the contact of whom they bought the vehicle from before selling to me, I called and he told me that he had traveled out, I need help please, help me.

Would an affidavit of "loss of agreement paper from who sold to me directly and the first user solve this issue? Please help I'm so worried.

You didn't mention the state this incidence transpired. Be as it is, go to the PPRO's office at the State Police headquarters, they have a unit that deals with such issues, Complaints Response Unit....He will summon the erring officers and will follow up on the recovery of your funds.
Don't go to a Division, they will intimidate you further. Indicate the State of incidence and will forward the contact to reach....Good luck.

Always show police only your license, your vehicle papers like yearly renewal and roadworthiness only. Three papers only. They won’t ask you any questions. But once you carry all those agreements or change of ownership you are setting yourself up. I have jeep that I have used for more than 4 years which I bought from another person. All papers are always renewed in the original owners name. Police will check your papers and ask you to go. Thank me later

That will be worst for you to do affidavit on any car. The paper thedealer gave you covers everything. Just as the man above advised you you can still recover your money from them if you wan by reporting this matter to police authority unless you just want to use that to do Christmas for them.

That statement alone, completely got total control of me, and I had to do the necessity.

The authority to sell is usually ment for the dealer selling om behalf of the owner not for the buyer. u could have told the police to speak with the dealer or dealership u made the purchase from.

The evidence is all we need and we can assure you his job is job is on the line poice go hear word by force.

All you need to have at all is the receipt of purchase.

That was how one yeye policeman was asking me two days ago for tinted permit. I only asked him if he is updated. And I proceeded to inform him, incase he doesn’t know, that the enforcement has bn postponed till august. From what you said, you tend to have phobia for uniform men. Try and have one or two friends among uniform people. This will help you to get acquainted with them and understand that they are human beings too. This is not to disregard them or demean them but to understand them. There was a time I was like you but now I understand them better and I can drive around town for months without any issue. We are friends now because to an extent I now know how to approach them and get friendly

If you go back and they refused giving you the money back dm me i will tell you who to call God save them if they still be in the police force after the matter.
