Seeking advice on a delayed car shipment. I have a vehicle has been booked at Jacksonville port since April 24, 2025, and was permitted to load on April 30, 2025. However, there's been no update on the tracking since then, and it's now June 9, 2025.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What steps can I take to get an update on the status of my shipment? I'd appreciate any guidance or insights on how to proceed....Thank you

There is really nothing to worry about. Please check the tracking on Grimaldi, it will like say ETPOD is 31.12.2025. Just keep checking, the final date will be updated.
