100% correct. I cannot believe some are even taking this silly news seriously. Does the North only consist of Atiku or is his ambition more important than that of literally thousands of Arewa leaders?

Very influential leaders as well, with many in powerful offices currently, who would be happy for Tinubu to finish his remaining 4 years, so they get 8 years on behalf of the North, rather than messing with the tricky and unpredictable outcome of an Atiku or Obi Presidency.

Atiku is not Cameroonian. He was born when northern Adamawa was part of the Cameroon under French control but a 1954 plebiscite put them back as part of Nigeria and all indigenes of the land became natural citizens of Nigeria. So to allege that he's Cameroonian is simply being mischievous just as some people allege that Abacha was Nigerien who came to Nigeria for Islamic school
