Anyone using a Vivo or iqoo neo phone I need help on something. My phone is 5g enabled when I enable 5g on my MTN sim the 5g doesn’t come up. If anyone here has similar experience or fix for it please let me know

Maybe your phone doesn't support MTN's 5G band, I had similar experience with Samsung note 10 5G, bro there's nothing you can do except you change the phone. |

Sometimes it has to do with the region the phone is targeted at other times it’s just the phone doesn’t support that 5G band. Try Airtel line. |

DONFRANSKID:True this particular vivo phone is for China region, so I guess that’s why 5g isn’t working |

Kessnorman:Yes, I once used an oppo phone that was meant for china. Even though it supported 4G mtn 4g doesn’t work only Airtel. |
