Everyone Jesus healed first believed in Jesus as The Christ. Then believed he can heal them. Whether he preached to them personally or they heard about him from other people before they met him is not important. Remember the Israelites have been long waiting for a Messiah, so many believed this Messiah will save them when he comes but many didn't believe in d concept of a Messiah, just like many today still don't still believe Jesus is d Son of God, even after hearing about him.
Bible states that the people who didn't believe in Him, He could not do many miracles or great works with them. Mark 6. Because they saw Him like one of their village men, they knew his fathers house, parents and siblings so they didn't respect Him.

U don't have to be told everything verbatim before u know something.

God does His things in His own way and we mortals cannot question Him when He acts. He can decide to save or heal without the person confessing Him as Lord.
However, He has given us the process to be saved and receive from Him. U must believe in Him first and how can u believe if u have not heard.
There are exceptions, He can decide to heal without preaching, but he can't save u from what u don't even know about. Like I said, Jesus didn't need to preach to everyone he met personally because it's possible they had already heard about him before meeting him face to face.
The normal pathway should be adhered to by we followers.

And you didn't mention that she said "Lord" son of David! A normal human won't believe her God was really a son of David.

"Great faith" (Pistis) means Faith, belief, trust, confidence; fidelity, faithfulness.
