Alhaji Tanko Yakasai, an elder statesman, said if Nigerians want a Northern president, President Tinubu is in the best position to hand over in 2031 after completing two terms, as the constitution only allows two terms.

Lastly, as regards the student loan, unless you do not meet up the requirements you won't get an opportunity. It's a loan the FG even begging to be collected.

They can't. Not with Atiku in my opinion. The Northerners who are not talking, yet are influential, are more important than those making noise and showing face, whereas their real influence is limited, like Sule Lamido, El Rufai, Malami, Babachir Lawal, Had Sirika etal.

Look below to understand there are many Northerner, in office and in powerful positions, thinking like Yakasai.

The mistake Nigerians make, especially those very desperate for Igbo Presidency, is giving too much 'alagbara' credit to loud, loquacious and attention-seeking Northerners , with Malami and El Rufia being classic examples, whereas the most influential Northerners, like Kwankwaso for example, are the very opposite of those things by nature.

You are very very correct but if you have been following my posts and comments about this APC Tinubu led government,I have been hammering that INSECURITY WILL BE THE BANE AND DOWNFALL OF TINUBU GOVERNMENT IF HE DOEST TAKE CARE. THE INSECURITY IN THE NORTH AND THE NATION AT LARGE IS THE DRIVING FORCE OF THW OPPOSITION.
Tinubu body language shows non challant and indifferent attitude to the problem. During the time of Buhari ,there was insecurity but fuel wasn't high and people could easily dismiss the insecurity as a northern problem ,but now fuel is high ,living expenses is high and on top of that the killings in the north has skyrocketed astronomically

If Obi is not the presidential candidate of the ADC, the turn out in the south east will be low and Atiku will still struggle hard to have up to 49% of the vote.

ADC will only cause damage to the PDP in 2027. LP paved the road for the APC in 2023. In 2027, ADC will play the same role the LP played in 2023

It is a separate game from 2023 , if the two opposition titans remain under one party ,Tinubu will have no chance ,. What happened in 2023 was that Obi went separate and Atiku went separate . But their combined forces and votes and with the way the north is now in terms of insecurity and the poverty in the south . Tinubu stands very little chance of winning

In 2023 APC had 19 states Governors, PDP had 11 state Governros, LP had zero Governor.

Tinubu won 12 states, Atiku won 12 states, Obi won 12 states.

This clearly shows Obi is the strongest Politician in Nigeria today

Ask yourself why ASU has not been on strike? Why there has not been petrol scarcity?My mentioning this is just to make you ask yourself simple questions especially why has there not been a massive revolt against this administration right from the word go when Tinubu said "subsidy is gone".

The fact that both of them are in the same boat and party is enough . We don't even know if Atiku will be the candidate but ADC needs a strong northern figure to use either as main candidate or vice candidate. Definitely Obi will be one of them ,let's wait and see who they will pick with him

The dynamics are now different,tinubu is now stronger in the SS than he was in 23,NC is also aligning accordingly,he has power if incumbency and his party is growing stronger also don't forget that the issue of Buhari cabals who instigated land mines in his part like currency change,fuel scarcity, insecurity, Muslim muslim ticket,all these won't be issues in 27,most of the votes the opposition got in 23 were protest votes against APC.
