Good one from Tinubu government here. We need more seaports in Nigeria. We need seaport in Akwa Ibom State too

Rubbish.....90% of importers are Igbos, who basically resides in Lagos(30%) and south east (70%) in general but not a single seaport in the east..... Why ?.. because you want to keep the revenue and opportunity that comes with seaport only for the west....

I have always avoided these kinds of issues but I now attempted to ask people like you... When are you going to realize that the Igbos have no access to the sea like the oceans? Those are what you need for seaports. Not riverports... even the riverports will still be accessed through the sea.

I am getting tired of such talks before someone comes and accuses me of not being Igbo .

How is lokoja port going to work without ship going to lokoja crossing through Onitsha via River Niger?. The same marginalizing that stop River port build by Bihari from working, is the same that will stop any river port project at North from working. Flat bottom ship cannot cross River Niger to lokoja without passing Onitsha side of the Niger, if the river is good for ship to pass there to lokoja, the same ship can bert at Onitsha for the same service. River Niger connect Brutu to Niger state to Guinea Conakry.
