3. Social security for unemployed people should be a must for the government.

If we can do all or one of the above, you will see a tremendous human development like what we are seeing in western countries. You don't expect poverty striken people whose major focus is to accumulate wealth for the future to be innovative.

True! Before their coming some parts of the present day Nigeria wore no cloths, were pagans and not literate in any form. Direct rule by the white man was the only way and that's why till date they almost worship the whiteman.
