well you may be right depending on the actual content of the packaged juice but it has become unfeasible to transport a whole orange around when it can be juiced and cost of transporting reduces by as much as 60%. The nutritional aspect versus labelling is where NAFDAC and co comes in.

And this is not about labelling or whatnot, if you really think packaged juice is the actual orange juice then you do have another thing coming.

However, your argument about cost of transportation & all holds weight but not so much in terms of achieving sdgs and that should be addressed instead

You may be partially right but no to the extent that 2 oranges will replace a whole half litre of juice. Well juice differs.
