The one i use isnt as transparent as this but its clear enough to see the content inside. Its madr of some kind of plastic/gum with fibre woven inside. I bought it from oando in 2014 and it has been serving me with no issues. I'll take this without hesitation.

Instead a tube like guage meter be added outside the cylibders to monitor levels

I usually see people who comes to gas station to fill just 3kg gas inside 12.5kg cylinder.

It is semi-transparent....you can see the gas in its liquid form through the fiberglass sections.
You need to see it in real life to get a full understanding of it....The picture does not doo it full justice

With this cylinder, you will always know what level your gas is ...and when its about to finish
