The court said she should render the apology within 7 days and I believe that 7 days starts from the day the court gave it's judgment.

I believe the senate is saying that she will be frustrated after her return. This is what they are trying to say...just making the threat ahead so she can know what she is going to face upon her return.

Nigerian judges always make statements that create more confusion. The judge’s request for an apology is vague and open to interpretation and misinterpretation. The judge has requested a formal apology directed at who now? Is it for contempt of court or for the Senate? Such ambiguity is a recurring issue in Nigerian judiciary. It can inly be interpreted as Intentional

I haven't seen where the court asked Natasha to apologize to the Senate. The apology the court asked for is for "contemp of court." The apology goes to the court, not the Sanate.
If Natasha refuses to obay the court order, the court is in position to sanction her, not the Senate. The Senate is simply to obey the court order which is to recall her without any condition.

And now she will still tender same Apology she would have done few months ago. Now she has wasted 4 solid months into the suspension trying to fight a fight she knew will never win.
