So I stumbled on two Android phones that have been getting a lot of attention lately — Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G and realme C75x — and I got curious. 🤔 Both have very different vibes and seem to attract different kinds of users, so I decided to look into them side by side.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ is clearly made for premium feel lovers — curved AMOLED screen, sleek glass finish, IP68 rating, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Definitely a head-turner.

On the other hand, the realme C75x leans rugged. Like… seriously rugged. It has IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings — plus military-grade drop resistance (up to 1.8m). You can even rinse it off under water. It’s more of a daily warrior.

Redmi goes all out with 120W charging — and a 5,110 mAh battery.

Realme? It plays the long game. The C75x has a bigger 5,600 mAh battery, and 45W and it’s said to last up to 2 full days. That’s something we definitely need as Nigerians.

The Redmi has — 200MP main cam with OIS, ultrawide and macro lenses, and a 20MP selfie cam.

The realme keeps it simple — 50MP rear camera, but the cool thing is that it’s underwater-friendly. Like, take photos while swimming 👀. Definitely not your average budget camera.

realme used a new CPU for this series. And the IP69 makes it look like a good choice too

yeah there is no realme with 5G in Nigeria at the moment.

Hmm, technically for me, I will go for the Redmi Note 14 pro + 5G any day anytime, though I am not saying the C75x is not okay but the Redmi has better features in terms of performance than the C75x

Just like you said, they are not in the same category. To be honest, Redmi Note 14 pro + beats the realme C75X but it is not affordable. So I'll choose the C75X because it still gives reasonable features even at that budget price

You people should please add prices to it there is no price on realme because to choose a phone you look at the price and features

Please what are the prices of these two phones so we can know which is also more affordable

Both are convenience of mobiles but i will advise you to go for realmeC75x

The realme C75 series does not have a 5G, I think they spec is only available in their flagship device.

Is the redmi 14 pro+ 5G a budget friendly device, looking at the price stated here, it doesn't belong to that class. A realmeC75x with such specs is only a midrange phone.
