have you registered before now and access the site far before now? Use the number you used to register or access the site to open the site. Just buy data on the number- If that's the case though. Seems they are blocking other IP from accessing their site if you want to login except the one you used to register.

Buy data to the line you used to register at the site. I can't login with any other line except my Glo that I used initially to register. I think it's a new IP tracking they recently introduced. Thats what I discovered though.
