in all honesty Michaeladex silverbird is their business of the past, if you borrow 10 billion for an asset worth 4 billion, would u really care if it is confiscated?

And most likely than not, the premises where the businesses lay are sub leased land, so the best the bank can get to retrieve their money is an equitable interest.
