Levels1:The apology does not stop her form resuming She can quickly resume while returning representation to her people and follow the court instructions during the week. |

Tbanjtech:She won bro, are you sure you have been following the case? Wake up from your sleep and get information. |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Wallade(m): 7:44pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Olumaeme:You really think she will comply with the court order if she is allowed to resume ahead of compliance. That woman's pride and ego is too big to humble her. She is naturally egoistic. |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Wallade(m): 7:47pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Olumaeme:How did she win? You are so inept to the extent that you can't comprehend that the consequences of every human actions sticks with us, it becomes reputation in her case and a lot wouldn't want to associate with her. |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Olumaeme: 7:47pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Wallade:She must comply, it's a no brainer and she will also resmune because resumption is also part of compliance to court order. There's nothing egoistic about court judgement. |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Wallade(m): 7:50pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Olumaeme:You forgot that the Senate requested her to tender an apology to the Senate and Senate President for her unruly, disrespectful and disorderly behavior in the first place. The apology is even the condition upon which the 6 months suspension will be reviewed. Furthermore, failure to tender the apology within the 6 months would still translate to an extension of the 6 months suspension. We shall see. |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Olumaeme: 7:50pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Wallade:She won because she won. The court judgement was in her favor that the action of the senate is illegal., that's why she's resuming. You didn't read the news? |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Olumaeme: 7:52pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Wallade:She cannot tender apology to the senate. All those have been overtaken by events If the senate felt she should or must apologize they should approach the court. She was told to apologize so they recall her back from suspension but she choosed to go to court instead of issuing any apologies and she won, clearly. |

Olumaeme:You will be abreast with the news as it breaks: The Senate will not reduce or terminate the suspension. I can bet that the Senate will file an appeal. The Senate will: 1. First refuse her entry into the chamber or resumption in office. 2. Take almost 3 months to study the judgement. 3. Appeal the Judgement in a court of appeal, if need be, or assume there was no binding order of the court on the Senate to terminate the suspension. This case may run till the end of Natasha's tenure as a senator of the FRN, except she does the expected - humbly apologize, become more diplomatic and respectful towards her colleagues and constituted authority of the Senate, irrespective of the private lives involving her family and any Senate leaders. We honestly just want the senators to face their duty in the interest of the people and stop the drama and sensationalization of sex or rape or sexual harassment in the Senate. Mark my words! |

Olumaeme:The court has no such jurisdiction to determine the activities of the Senate. Make no mistake about that, the Senate has its rules and regulations, if a senator goes contrary to the rules, there will be consequences, that is the fate of Natasha. She must take responsibility for her actions and pay the penalty. Did the court excuse her offence? Did the court say the Senate can't punish the disorderly senators? Take some time to think objectively on the subject and stop being emotional about it. |

| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Olumaeme: 8:03pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Wallade:Lol, the court has done that already by saying that she should resume her duties and that the senate does not have power to suspend her for six months. Yes, the court can rule on those rules if they are contrary to the provisions of the constitution. You seems to be ignorant of the law. Read up. |

Olumaeme:It is you and some media organizations, maybe sponsored ones, that think it is in her favor. In my opinion, the court didn't opine that she can't be punished. The court expressly recognized the powers of the Senate to punish disorderly senators. The judge only said that power to punish should not be overreaching. The judge went ahead to state that those powers as stated in the Senate rules and regulations should have specified punishment period rather than leave it open. The judge felt that 6 months is too long for punishment for reasons explained by the judge. Go and read the court judgement |

Wallade:OK, senate lawyer. But they have not appealed yet. If they do, they will loose again. It's established already, you cannot suspend a legislature for more than 14 days, the court has declared severally. Dino VS house of Reps Omo Agege VS senate Ali Ndume VS Senate Etc. She's resuming already, the issue of terminating suspension is out of the way. Find something meaningful to say |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Wallade(m): 8:06pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Olumaeme:Did you read the court judgement? Obviously you didn't. Please quote the part of the court judgement where the judge said she should resume back to the Senate. Please note, I want you to quote the court judgement. |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Olumaeme: 8:07pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Wallade:Did you read the judgement? What did the court say? |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Wallade(m): 8:11pm On Jul 06, 2025 |
Olumaeme:This statement of yours that I highlighted - is that what the judge said? Did you even read the judgement of the court as pronounced by the judge? Obviously you didn't. We shall wait to see her resume this week. She can try but she best be careful not to misbehave in her effort to force herself into the chambers because one or few law enforcement officers may take advantage to embarrass or humiliate her. Tell Natasha to respect herself once she is ordered to return from the gate of the Senate. |

Olumaeme:I asked you to read it, it is available on the internet and you have the data to do WhatsApp, Facebook and other things on internet but you don't create the time to educate yourself before misleading and misinforming other people on internet. If you want to remain illiterate about some matters, that is up to you but to come on public platform to argue about something you lack information about is ridiculous and despicable, to say the least. If you are expecting me to copy and paste it here for you, you are wasting your time. |

Lolz 😂😂😂😂 I'm starting to think this Natasha is a comedian and just using her mumu supporters head. Resume where exactly? Has she apologized to the senate for her suspension to be lifted? Till this moment she has yet to provide a single evidence for accusing Akpabio of sexual harassment. How can you accuse someone without evidence? And also coming from a person who has accused someone before and it turns out to be a big lie. How sure are we she wasn't lying again? Also she only mentioned that after she was corrected to seat in her proper place. She's nothing but a serial and unrepentant liar. She even went abroad and on TV bringing Nigeria and the National Assembly to disrepute. She will resume at her husband's house on Tuesday. Nonsense and Ingredients |

You don't read or you read but you can not comprehend, obviously. Now read this and try to comprehend: " The Federal High Court in Abuja has delivered a verdict on Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan's suspension from the Senate. Here's a breakdown of the court's decision ¹ ² ³: - *Reinstatement*: The court has ordered the Senate to reinstate Senator Natasha, ruling that her six-month suspension was excessive and unconstitutional. The suspension was initially imposed due to her alleged misconduct during a Senate plenary session. - *Contempt of Court*: However, the court also found Senator Natasha guilty of contempt for violating a gag order by publishing a satirical apology to Senate President Godswill Akpabio on her Facebook page. As a result, she has been ordered to: - *Pay a fine*: Senator Natasha must pay a fine of N5 million. - *Publish an apology*: She must publish an apology in two national dailies and on her Facebook page within seven days. - *Ruling on Senate's Power*: The court emphasized that while the Senate has the power to punish its members, such sanctions must not be excessive and must not deprive constituents of their right to representation. - *Next Steps*: Senator Natasha has vowed to return to the Senate, stating she will resume her legislative duties following the court's order ⁴. Ekaka14:Let's wait and see how she acts on this. She has been acting unintelligent for some time. Her challenges could have been solved by being humble, apologetic, diplomatic and cooperative with her colleagues. She chose to be unruly, disrespectful, disruptive, combatant and toxic with her colleagues and in such an esteemed environment of the Senate. It is disappointing to watch her exhibit poor level of emotional intelligence which could derail her career in politics. |

Wallade:Lol, now I catch you. The judgement has not been released yet. The judges gave a brief of the judgement in court but the full judgement is not out until this week. Lmao. |
| Re: Senator Natasha To Resume At Senate On Tuesday After Court Lifts Suspension by Wallade(m): 11:30am On Jul 07, 2025 |
Olumaeme:Really! Stop being confused and uninformed. It is okay if you don't know much about legal proceedings, just ask about what you don't understand so it can be explained to you. The judgement is out already. The judge must have read the judgement out to everyone listening in the court on that day. Upon the final judgement, both parties lawyers can request for the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the judgement, by applying to court to print and issue the CTC copy to them, for them to study and understand the extent of the judgement and determine if an appeal is needed or accept the judgement. The unsatisfied party has 3 months to appeal the judgement after which the judgement becomes binding on both parties. Point of information: the judgement is pronounced and out already. It is the CTC that the parties involved can apply for subsequently. However, from that brief that you probably read, what did you deduce? Or would you want to laugh at your own ignorance and ineptitude now? |
