His words at the time were; “Every nation has a period of their own challenges, when America was challenged, they turned to one great man, their ex-military general, General Eisenhower. When the French were challenged, they turned to their general, Charles de Gaulle.

“When Britain was challenged, they turned to their general. Today, Nigeria is economically and physically challenged so we turn to General Muhammadu Buhari. He is the right man for the job. If you talk about military experience, he has it abundantly, he has courage, simplicity, he has it abundantly.

“If you talk about great determination, a combination of vision and ability to perform, honesty and integrity, he has it abundantly.

“I laugh when the incapable government, ‘Poverty Development Party’ PDP were talking. They have nothing again to say, they now want to question the qualifications of General Buhari and look for his certificate”.

Following the manifestos in 2015 which projected the APC presidential candidate as a ‘saviour’, Buhari defeated the then incumbent president, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan with Nigerians expecting a total change in security and economy.

But isn't there a similarity between Wike, who is in the PDP but serving as a minister in an APC-led government without contesting any office under APC, and the following situations:

1. Atiku, a PDP member, reportedly seeking the presidency under ADC.


2. Peter Obi, from LP, allegedly aiming for the presidency under ADC.


3. Aregbesola, an APC member, being referred to as a National Leader of ADC.


4. David Mark, a PDP member, currently serving as the Interim National Chairman of ADC.

Why aren’t these cases being called out as anti-party activities? Why is Wike's situation treated differently?

I don't know who will be the Presidential flag bearer of the coalition party come 2027, but whoever emerges the flag bearer of the coalition party, we will support that person with our full chest and that person will beat Bola Tinubu come 2027.


Whatever rigging plans the APC and Tinubu have in mind will come to nothing; affliction will never rise a second time in Nigeria. This Tinubu calamity must pass us by come 2027.


Nigeria cannot afford to have Tinubu continue as President after May 2027.


Tinubu have nothing to offer except tribal division of Nigeria, nothing more, nothing less. The more he remains in office, the more Nigeria is divided along ethnic divide and it's sad, Tinubu must go

If Atiku gets the presidential ticket of the coalition and Peter Obi leaves to contest on another platform, I see Atiku winning the presidency because Obi will certainly divide Tinubu's votes in the south. Tinubu's chances in the north are already dead on arrival except he rigs it so fantastically well. Outside that, Atiku will have a field day in the north, especially with the common hatred the north now has for Tinubu

But wait o, Atiku may take style win o if Obi contest under LP and Atiku becomes only Northern candidate in the election. Tinubu and Obi may share Southern votes and Atiku gets massive votes in the North and sizable in SW and SS bcs of other coalition members like Aregbesola, Dele Momodu and Ameachi, etc especially if Ameachi is the VP.
