She never suit anybody for the allegations.
She was only running on the media shouting sexual assault. She has never mentioned sexual assault in any court of law or reported to the police.

Which is the reason a Nigerian with a brain should know she is a big liar, she started claiming she was sexually assaulted but she never mentioned it in court.

Please reinstate the senator. The courts have interpreted the law and it is in her favour, any twisting of the said judgement can only mar the Senate and put it further in a bad light.

Sadly the courts cannot enforce their own order. If the senate refuse to recall her...she would go back to court but enforcement of court order is outside the courts jurisdiction.

She will not be recalled if she don't comply with the court order and nothing will happens. The court is so clear. She get a victory and for her victory to stand, she need to comply will the full court order. Some of you are just too emotional.

They can't modify the judgment of the court. The payment of ₦5 million for civil contempt and apology to the Senate President is not a condition precedent to her resumption in the Senate.

The apology is also not for what transpired in the Senate but for the satirical post she made on Facebook after the judge gave an order for parties not to speak on the issue again.

That Natasha is very stubborn, what the court ordered her to do is what the Senate asked from her. Apologise for not sitting in her seat to be recognised ,thereby bringing the Senate to disrepute!

Stubborn or not... The case is easy. The Senate as an Institution have the power to discipline it erring members but such punishment should not go against the Nigeria Constitution. That was the Court judgement.
