Between 2011 and 2022, Anambra State's domestic debt saw a dramatic shift, from a modest ₦6.43 billion in 2011 to a staggering ₦58.3 billion by Q1 2022. The spike began notably in 2018 and accelerated during the pandemic years.

From this statistics, it seems Obi preferred taking foreign loans than domestic loans. However, the loans taken are still largely insignificant compared to other states especially the state ostensibly built by the master strategist

Selective Amnesia. What about from 2012-2014 the 21m USD increase at the time the oil prices were almost at an all time high. The time when states agreed to share all the Excess Crude Account instead of save for the future, yet PO doubled the state's external debt in that period with nothing to show for it.

Just imagine the debt profile Peter Obi left and where Obiano took the state. It has now become clear why Peter Obi is a free man while Obiano is running away from EFCC case.

The debt profile as at then its just in millions not even up to a billion dollars

For example : domestic debt fell by half.
External debt grew by 20 million dollars

No you're wrong. Excess crude account was shared in 2011-2012. In 2012-2014, it is hard to point at PO since he left office in early 2014. The debt could have been taken by his successor
