Please name even one IPP initiated, started, and completed by Peter Obi when he was Governor of Anambra without the help of the Federal Government. Name it and get paid twenty million Naira.

And yet, a man who could not build one IPP in eight years is telling Nigerians that he will solve their power challenge in two years. No be Gadus be that?
