I never too see Gittens play. From highlights I saw he is powerful which I like but his decision making in the final 3rd was not great

To answer your question, fans will always prefer to have a striker as their CF. To me, whoever fits the team style more should stay up front.

If Gyokeres keeps blanking week in week out, trying out a makeshift CF with a different profile won’t be a bad decision.
