He went to court to declare him a citizen by way of being born in an American German base and the Court rightly turned that down , he should have made move to reapply for regularization of his immigrant status

Honestly . There was enough time to fix it. His father could have filed for his citizenship immediately he clocked 10 years and became one. Him also could have applied immediately he spent spent 10 years in the US His criminal activities further complicated things

Just rushed through part of the story.

He was never registered as an American citizen or born on American soil and his parents were non native Americans.

What I cannot go back to determine is if his father got his citizenship before he was born.... okay, he was born in 86, two years after his father got his citizenship...he has a case.

Hello, What you read is different from facts. It’s Trumps regime and we all know what the administration is all about.

The case is purely a ridicule to SCOTUS and why it failed to entertain case. What’s debatable in this case? Absolutely nothing!
