- Pick the first option from the list of results
- when the page opens, click on next
- click/mark the privacy box and click continue
- on the next page, select Canada Border Services Agency from the drop-down
- from the next drop-down, select foreign national outside of Canada
- fill out your required information in the boxes below
(Use your Nigerian address and phone number pls)
- Pick yes to the question about requesting information on your behalf if so
- pick member of the public for the category that best describes you
- Pick electronic copy for how you prefer to receive your notes/records
- click continue
- on the next page, pick privacy act on the 1st drop-down
- select English in the next drop-down
- select case files for the type of records
- fill out all necessary information below(for UCI number, use the format XX-XXXX-XXXX)
- in the comment box write a short intro and your request. Eg:

Wahala asylum for 2025.
If your brother is education he can apply for express entry or PNP programs it's easier and straightforward.. asylum in 2025 is not the best and lawyer fees are quite expensive too.. lawyers would charge him nothing less than $8000. ... Take time to study PNP programs and lots of province's are accepting permanent resident application... Asylum are for people who face danger..

You can give it a trial but her balance of 3m is quite low . And the rejection rate for tourist visa is really high. But you can give it a trial if you wish..it those not matter when you apply you can apply now even if your event is next year..

When Visa is approved, does it start from the current date or from when your date of travel written in your application. She’s applying alone. I’m sponsoring the trip and I have more than enough account balance aside the 10m to sponsor.

The visa starts counting from the day it is issued.
If it's issued in September, it starts counting from that same month.

Normally, IRCC tends to issue visas to high-risk applicants just a few days before the intended travel date—or even after.

But your profile does not appear to be risky.

Thank you for your response. Yes I know. It's tourist/visiting with an invitation letter.
The main reason is to visit nothing more and documents used were sent by me, i also did the VFS myself.
I can ask for the IRCC login details too. but in all of this, I know about every process.
