Let Be Honest With Ourselves, OBI Will Not Get The ADC Ticket by Recc(op): 10:21am On Jul 10, 2025
If we are being frank and sincere with ourselves, by now, we should know that OBI will not clinch the ADC's ticket for presidency. It is a long walk for OBI.
As long as ATIKU is there, OBI should forget it under that coalition.
The highest OBI can get is the Vice presidential ticket and nothing more. As we all know, ATIKU is a Desperado and he will stop at nothing to make sure he gets the ticket. Moreso, ATIKU has the dollars to spend. He can bribe the delegates to queue behind him. OBI on the otherhand isn't a Money Politician who likes to throw money around in order to have his way.
OBI has made it clear that he won't be a deputy to anyone. He won't. Of course, if he does, he's sure to lose a large majority of his supporters who gave him their votes in 2023 when he contested under the tools workers' Party.
ATIKU created this coalition just for himself and nothing else.
A few days ago, OBI was asked to formally resign from the labor party since he's now a member of the ADC. Till now, he hasn't resigned yet, and from all indication, he isn't willing to resign from the labor party. Why?. Its very simple. He wants to go back to labor party as soon as he loses the ADC primaries.
Truth is, What happened in 2023 is about to repeat itself in 2027. As long as ATIKU and OBI aren't under one Party, forget it, Tinubu would still win.

He will get it.

Obidients will bully ADC to dash him the ticket.

Peter Obi can get ADC presidential ticket if he can retry the method he did with LP before the 2023 election.

He slapped all the LP executives to get the party presidential ticket. grin cheesy

So peter OBI is not even popular enough to even win primary election against ATIKU, ameachi and El RUFAI?

Why are you Yorubads worried and showing care for Obi?

Why the sudden clownish love you're developing for Peter Obi?

Finally, Peter Obi will contest within or outside ADC.

He doesn't need ADC at all. He has his plans already.

Was it in that same interview that i watched that obi said he will never be deputy to anyone? Or he told you personally in a beer palour?

Continue misquoting him. What other job do you have?

'Will' is an adjective in future tenses. I watched a clip on YouTube where all the political bigwigs in USA were saying that Trump would never become a president. Oga tomorrow is pregnant, so rest.

I don't think ADC will give the ticket to the south , they are planning on a north vs south showdown . They will rather give the ticket to a strong northerner that can crush tinbu influence and votes in the north. To neat zero and try to break the south

Why must you wait this so long before your brain boots to reality? We told you this day one, but you won't listen. However, obidients and ipobs don't be like someone that like reality or truth, so who are you talking to? Tell Obi to save borehole money so he can get money to spend too.

Even if Obi gets ticket, he will still not win presidential election because many ADC that are there because of Atiku don't really like Obi, he may not get their supports and many northerners will use religion biases against voting Obi.

If Obi goes back to Labour party to contest, he will get less votes than he did in 2023 because he can't win Lagos again which he won with less than 10,000 votes difference because many Yorubas that voted for him then will not do so again because that fear of muslim-muslim is no longer there. Obi will not win Abuja because of Wike effect, so more voters will repose confidence on Tinubus reelection in Abuja.

Southern Kaduna that voted Obi for same fear of muslim-muslim ticket and El-rufai marginalization effect against them will likely vote for Tinubus because Tinubus has removed that marginalization with many more infrastructural deficits improved for them. So, Obi shouldn't expect to win bulk votes from southern Kaduna this time around.

Obi will get less votes from south south than he did in 2023 because many of their leaders are now in APC, Tinubus will get more votes than he did before from south south. So how do you want obi to win whether he gets ADC ticket or not?

It is not that simple. Atiku is not a desperado but a politician whose sacrifice àided MKO Abiola. Obi respects Atiku, and will work with him. Atiku is most often wrongly profiled same as Obi.

Please show me the link where he said he won't be vice to any candidate please? I want to read it.

He said he will contest for president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. That's what i watched him say, that's what i read online. Never did he say he won't be vice to any president.

If you think he said he won't be vice to any president, please do well to show a link where he said so
