We Ukwuani people wants Anioma state to be zoned to south east. Says a barrister from Ukwuani Land.

The good people from Ukwuani land wants Anioma state to be in the south east.
A group from Ukwuani land known as Ndokwa Neku Union wants Anioma state to be in the south south but Ukwuani people say no to that.
Ndokwa Neku Union is not the mouth piece of Ukwuani people and they have no right to tell Ukwuani people where they belong _ says a barrister from Ukwuani land.

That should b the most logical thing to do.... They speak Igbo , dress like. Them and write Igbo as their ethnic group in forms...

The constitution of Nigeria does not recognise anywhere as South South or South East

So how can you be zoned to what does not exist in the eyes of the law?

If the Anioma area want their own state, they should go for it and forget this nonsense about being zoned to something that doesn't exist in the constitution

They can as well pack themselves to sambisa forest to start a new Country there with Simon Epkerima as their leader. Any Biafra connected with ipob remains DEAD,NAILED and BURIED.

Gidgiddy, you are right according to the letter of the law. But in reality and in practice, it's another thing entirely! States are seen to belong to 'geo-political zones', and it's on the basis of this that there's talk of a zone having less number than others, while another zone has more than others. So based on fairness and equity, Anioma has a stronger case than others agitating for state creation, and this is the advantage, edge and the ace they have over everyone else!
