A lot has happened this year from exam glitches to that south-west graduate that they refuse to clear for graduation till the university and Alex Onyia intervened, which has left JAMB's competency in doubt. The real suspicion is the change in state of origin and not the medicine to engineering bullshit they are trying to create. If they had stuck to the concentrating on the primary suspicion, the conversation would have gone differently.

In this case there is no advantage in changing state of origin to Lagos and going for administration in UNN. If it was even a northern state, it will be debatable. This is clearly an error which according to them was corrected.

the dude dint do anything wrong. Even NIN has it clear that you can correct your details with them if it was wrongly captured.

What if the enrolment was wrongly captured by the enrollment officer? Does it mean the guy doesn't have a right to correct it? Jamb is calling their assumption fact. Saying the Lagos state of origin was forgery is biased. You cannot tell the guy's intention since he did not state anywhr his reason for changing his state of origin. Jamb should be concerned on the verification of the NIN. Once it's verifiable on NIMC portal, jamb has no say here.

If you have a first degree and want to do another Normally you don't have to do JAMB you apply for direct entry and start at 200 level

Impersonation, falsifying of documents and bringing the name of his institution to disrepute isn't something any institution would take lightly.

Quota system is acceptable when it favours a Yoruba but if northerners use it you all will be asking for merit. I am surprised that Yorubas have descended so low in education to be asking for quota, what happened to the competitive spirit, why are your Igbo rivals not asking for quota but level playing field for all.

Where is it stated you can't correct a wrongly captured detail with NIN? Jamb only has a say here if the boy's document was altered with pen, and not what was corrected via NIN database. I weep for this one country.
