In the last election, they said Igbos shouldn't come out to vote. Even Yorubas who looked like Igbos were not allowed to vote. They said Igbos shouldn't interfere in their elections.

Today, in my area, the polling units were left for the Yorubas to do their thing and vote whoever they want.

Since morning, they have been walking up and down with Megaphone disturbing everybody, even interpreting in Igbo and Hausa begging people to come out and vote.

Glad you stayed all stayed at home. It’s assuring and heart warming when people comply with simple instructions.

I sincerely think local government elections should be scrapped. A very pointless exercise and waste of public fund.

It’s a matter of time. When the time comes, Lagos will be freed and things will begin to go the right way then where you can aspire and win election without having to know someone at the top just as it is right now in Lagos.

This is an unfortunate statement to make. Do you have any evidence of LASIEC writing results?

Lagos local government election has always been very free, fair and credible unlike all other states in Nigeria including your home state. Opposition have won council elections in Lagos in the past and they were never denied their victory. So, why make this kind of unfortunate comment even when the process is still ongoing?

oga the election process is structured in a way u don't even dare vote if u are not in Apc,even in the other parties couldn't campaign cos of fear of violence,I live in ebute meta and I had a small job around bode Thomas surulere this morning and I walked to the place and all the units I passed by had almost nobody in it except apc card carrying members and the whole streets where almost dead,even the person I went to work for is one of them and he was forcing me to come and vote but I told him I didn't come out with my voters card but shockingly he said I shouldn't worry about the card and just vote then I replied that someone is waiting for me at the junction to pick something from me naso the man understand say I no dey support there elections,Omo people still celebrate things like this instead of to weap for our country,hellinus and his numerous account flooding everywhere,I just hope the guy is a paid agent though cos if not then he should be the most unfortunate character I have seen on earth
