I recently purchased this charcoal stove for ₦45,000 as a birthday gift for my girlfriend, intending to aid her in conserving gas for emergencies, particularly when the gas unexpectedly runs out. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to appreciate it. I even demonstrated its use, showcasing its elegance and smokeless design, in an attempt to persuade her of its true value.

As much as it is cute, I don't blame your girlfriend for not appreciating it.
It is simply not time efficient.

I can't quite recall how, on occasion, she would call at night, lamenting that the gas man was not answering calls, and how the costs would increase capriciously. This stove initially began functioning within ten minutes. It is primarily intended for emergencies.

how long does it take to boil a kettle water?

i am thinking of buying one because there is an overly wasteful use of gas to boil water

note that if the issue is your gf running out of gas, it is cheaper to buy a second backup cylinder. so when one runs out you can swap the backup and replenish the next day

just get a hot plate or best a wood stove

No girl wants cooking implements for a birthday gift. It's selfish because you're only thinking of how she will serve you, not what she likes.
