Regardless what it is... A thief who stole a generator not at a gun point or killing the owner, don't deserves a dead sentence.

Dead sentence should be for those who commit murder or rape... The judges were drunk for such punishment

He was an armed robber n he killed someone when they went to steal generator at filling station

He killed someone or someone died during tge operation.... how do u know if he was tge one that killed ....and why did the main culprit nd master planner released in 2016??

So how come he is free now? How did he receive pardon? Something is not adding up here... suspecting someone of a crime doesn't make the person guilty. You need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he committed the crime.

If the robbery story is the truth, then it was proven beyond reasonable doubt hence he was sentence.

You can get a state pardon for even crimes you were guilty of.

There are many cases of injustice and unjust imprisonment and incarceration in Nigeria. Thanks God for the people that brought up the case of this man into public domain, and thank God for Gov Otti (small man doing big things) for taking up the matter..

We are saying the same thing. This is one of the reasons I call the country a crime scene. There is gross injustice, wickedness, and all manners of evil done in Nigeria.
