I plead to disagree with your assertion. There was never any time in recorded history where the Nigerian Police Force was not known for brutalising and torturing innocent citizens. May we not be victims of this foundational evil force. The Nigerian Police Force is brutal. The Nigerian Police Force is anti-human rights. The Nigerian Police Force is corrupt. The Nigerian Police Force is wicked and heartless. The Nigerian Police Force is undesirable and unavoidable.
If truly there is a generational curse or pattern, then every descendants of this corrupt force might be an indirect victims.

He was just guilty by association and it's real in law that you can be guilty by association. They didn't find him specifically guilty of anything personally.
