Lol that's the most common snack in Ilorin. It has a characteristic taste. Full of protein. Can't say it's delicious though. In fact, I lean towards it having little taste. But it's a subjective view. Several people like it |

Mariangeles:Awara is our northern delicacy. Been eating it since i was a kid. Has a taste of corn in it and best eaten with pepper or stew. |

For those wondering if it's "tofu"; yes, it is. Hausas call it "awara". Made from soya beans milk just as "wara" is made from dairy milk. You could call it non-dairy cheese.🤷 One of my favorite snacks!👍👌 |
